Riding Lesson Schedule

Welcome to our riding lesson schedule. Below you’ll find the available children’s group lessons, private lessons and semi-private lessons, including lesson times, levels and age requirements.

Please remember that our booking system uses rider grades and ages to show only the lessons suitable for each rider.

Children’s Group Riding Lessons

Our group lessons are organised by rider level so that children can ride with others of a similar ability.

For beginner riders, we recommend booking a group lesson.

How our grading system works

Every rider has a profile with a grade based on their riding ability. Our booking system will only display lessons that are suitable for the grade and age of the rider linked to your account.

If you cannot see a particular lesson when booking, it means that the rider profile does not currently meet the requirements for that lesson.

What does "Tack & Ride" mean?

Tack & Ride lessons include:

• 15 minutes before riding – tacking up and mounting

• 45 minutes of riding

• 15 minutes after riding – untacking

Age requirements

• 10+ – available to children aged 10 and over

• 12+ – available to children aged 12 and over

Please note: Lesson availability may change. The booking system will always show the lessons currently available for each rider.

Private Riding Lessons

Private lessons are recommended for riders who already have some riding experience and would like an individual lesson.

If you are unsure which level is suitable for your child, please book a private lesson first. The instructor can assess their ability and assign the appropriate grade to their rider profile.

Once graded, you will be able to book suitable group lessons through the booking system, or continue with private lessons if preferred.

Why can't I see a private lesson?

Our booking system filters lessons according to rider age and ability. If you cannot see one of the private lesson slots below, there may not currently be a rider linked to your account who meets the requirements for that slot.

This system helps us ensure that lessons are appropriate for each rider and that we can manage the workload of our ponies and horses safely.

Semi-Private Lessons

Semi-private lessons are available for riders who meet the specified level and age requirements.

7:15pm–8:00pm — Level 4–5 · Adult

Tuesday

10:15am — Level 4–6 · All ages
7:00pm–7:30pm — Level 5–6 · Age 10–17

Wednesday

4:30pm–5:15pm — Level 3–5 · Age 7–17
6:45pm–7:15pm — Level 4–6 · Adult

Thursday

1:15pm–2:00pm — Level 3–7 · Adult
6:30pm–7:15pm — Level 3–6 · Adult

Sunday

9:15am–10:15am — Level 1–2 · Adult
