Cancellation Policy

Covid 19 Update. For the last year, during the times that we've been open we have refunded clients who have had to cancel within the usual 24 hours notice period if they have been showing symptoms of Covid. However, as we are now being told to 'live with covid' we cannot continue to do this going forwards and so have reintroduced the standard 24 hour period. 


If you need to cancel a lesson, then you must do this via your account (see below). We do not take cancellations on the phone. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel the lesson with less than 24 hours' notice from the lesson start time then you will not receive any credit on your account, nor will you receive a refund.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, then the full amount paid for the lesson will be given as credit to your account. This credit can be used towards any future booking at LPEC. The amount will show on your 'Account' page as well as in your basket. Funds will remain on your account, if after a year you haven't used the credit we will refund back to your bank account at your request. 

In the event of severe weather conditions such as snow, the 24 hour notice period is still in place and there are no exceptions to this. It is your responsibility to manage your bookings and to cancel your lesson in time. 


How to Cancel

You'll need to log on to your account. Then go to 'My Lessons', click the 'Cancel Lesson' button next to your chosen lesson. A pop up will then display which will state whether you have cancelled within the required notice period and will or will not receive credit.

You will then be asked to confirm your cancellation by clicking 'Ok'. A message will show, approving your cancellation. You will also receive an email to confirm your cancellation. 

If you have cancelled within the 24 hour time frame you'll receive your credit on your account within a few minutes.
