About Us


Liscombe Park Equestrian Centre is a family owned and run business set in 350 acres of rolling countryside on the Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire border.

The Equestrian Centre offers a wide range of lessons, hacks and activities for all ages and abilities, 7 days a week. We have an enclosed Cross Country paddock, a Show Jumping paddock plus indoor and outdoor ménages.  We also offer Hacking around the Liscombe Park Estate, which involves no road work at all. Please see the ‘Riding School’ section for more information and pricing.

During the school holidays a programme of events takes place at the Equestrian Centre which include Pony Days, Gymkhanas, Teddy Bears Picnics, Picnic Rides, Bath a Pony Days plus Cross Country, Dressage and Show Jumping clinics. We also offer Stable Management days for all ages. The full schedule of events is available on the ‘Events’ page during the weeks leading up to a school holiday.

Running through the year we have a schedule of Open Shows including Cross Country, Family Shows, One Day Events, Showjumping, Dressage Events, Clear Round events and Gymkhanas. Introduced in 2008 was our Showjumping and Gymkhana Championships which is open to members and non-members. The Hay Bar Coffee Shop is opening 7 days a week serving delicious snacks and refreshments
